Sparkling crémants & fine wine production from Luxembourg
As a young winemaker, my goal is to craft our wines and crémants sustainably, with precision and great ageing potential—for unforgettable moments of enjoyment.
My crémants combine freshness, finesse, and a delicate mousse: the Gewürztraminer Crémant as a single-varietal expression with exotic aromas, and the Kinnekskummer—a Champagne-style cuvée of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and 10% Riesling—elegant and multi-layered.
My wines are defined by authenticity and clear structure, complemented by carefully chosen innovations such as different barrique variations and skin fermentations.
The vineyards cover 14.5 hectares within a radius of just 4 kilometres around the estate and are farmed organically. Targeted cover cropping with wildflowers creates a stable, species-rich flora and fauna, supporting the natural balance of the landscape. Shell limestone and Keuper soils lend my wines their distinctive minerality and depth—perceptible in every glass.
Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully selected—only in this way can my experienced team ensure the quality of every single grape.



As a young, dynamic estate, it is particularly important to me to welcome and advise our guests in the wine lounge in an authentic, personal, and family-like manner.
With our wine lounge and spacious panoramic terrace, we are located directly on the Saar-Hunsrück Dream Loop, making us a popular stop for hikers, tourists, and nature lovers.
And it’s not only first-time visitors who feel at home here—our regular guests also enjoy a glass of wine at our architecturally and sustainably designed estate with its unique character.
