Finest wine production since 2013
As a young, dynamic winemaker, I want to show that wines can be made sustainable and long-lasting. My wines have an authentic, clear structure and yet I always bring new highlights into play; such as various
Barriquevariations, mash fermentation and orange wines. Most of my vineyards are treated organically and planted with a wide variety of wildflowers in order to maintain adequate flora and fauna. When picking grapes, I rely on a strict handpicked selection that can only be achieved by trained staff.
As a new, lively company, we want to give our customers authentic, informal advice and catering, especially in our wine bar. With our beautifulpanoramic terrace and wine bar, we are right on the hiking trail of the Saar-Hunsrück Traumschleife. This makes us a magnetfor hikers, tourists and nature lovers . Abe r our regular customers like to enjoy a glass of wine on our architecturally sustainable,special winery.
